Payment terms and Cancellations

For reservations of the whole house, once you receive our confirmation on availability, you must pay 25% of the total amount by money transfer to our bank account or using a credit card with the Paypal system on the internet,  that offers the maximum safety. Cancellations are accepted until two weeks before arrival. The remaining amount can be paid directly at The Dreaming House cash or via internet using Paypal.
If the customer does not cancel the reservation of the whole house within two weeks before arrival or does not arrive , The Dreaming House  will keep the advance of 25% as compensation.

For individual rooms we will accept cancellations up to three days before arrival.

Kitchen: electric oven, a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, pots, crockery, cutlery and wipers, washing machine and iron.

Common living room: satellite TV, wood burning fireplace, library with books in German, English and Spanish.

Bathrooms: shower, hair dryer, linens and soaps. 

For all guests:rechargeable phone for emergency calls or to receive (for calls abroad please recharge at a tobacconist), free Internet WI-FI connection throughout the house.
Garden: table and chairs.

Optional (prices per person):

  • Typical Tuscan breakfast: 6 €
  • Lunch or dinner with cooking course of Tuscan and Umbrian food: 40 €
  • Tasting of wines and typical products of Tuscany and Umbria: 20 €

Extra cleaning (prices per day):
